Music
Today I went to the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir in Central Park. There was a crossing over the Reservoir. I always wanted to dance on it. The crossing does not exist any longer. Several supports that used to hold the crossing are still in the water. When the cormorant drying its wings on the last support took flight I heard the music for my dance.

Shadows, Light
The days are getting longer and warmer, though not yet hot. No matter. If I sit in the porch swing in this bright light, I'm still apt to fall asleep.
